WestCongress All-Company Meeting: Building Connection, Collaboration, and Momentum

On November 10th and 11th, WestCongress hosted its all-company meeting in New Hampshire, home to our corporate office. The event brought together employees from across the country for two days of focused collaboration and strategic planning. It was a special opportunity for our team to connect in person, share ideas, and align ourselves on key objectives for the year ahead. It also gave us the chance to acknowledge and appreciate our collective achievements.

The agenda featured a series of breakout sessions, presentations, and team-building activities designed to strengthen communication, build synergy, and identify new ways to better serve our brokers and partners. From insightful discussions on new initiatives to open forums for cross-departmental feedback, each session reinforced our shared mission to deliver excellence across all lines of business.

Outside the meeting rooms, the event provided plenty of moments to connect on a personal level. Shared meals, including daily group breakfasts and lunches, helped virtual colleagues strengthen their working relationships and allowed everyone time to catch up. A highlight for many was the all-company dinner. It offered the chance to relax and celebrate another successful year at WestCongress. The dinner served as a capstone, bringing the entire organization together to recognize achievements, toast to the future, and reflect on the strong culture that defines who we are.

As the meeting concluded, a sense of excitement, momentum, and focus was evident. The discussions and synergy from these two days directly support our efforts towards a shared vision of growth, innovation, and collaboration in the coming year. The all-company meeting served as a powerful testament to a core principle at WestCongress: we believe that success is built not just on strategy and performance, but on people—working together, supporting one another, and striving toward a shared vision. Our all-company meeting was a reminder of exactly that.
